Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

At Yimmilab we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through yimmilab.com, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is TAWA NEXUS GROUP S.A.C. (Tax ID / RUC 20614530511), a company incorporated in Peru and owner of the Yimmilab brand and the yimmilab.com website.

For any questions about this policy, you can write to us at minaya@yimmilab.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the site and respond to your inquiries:

  • Data you voluntarily provide when contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or when booking a meeting: name, company, phone number, email, and any information you choose to share about your operation.
  • Technical browsing data collected automatically by our analytics tools: approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the site.
  • Your language preference, stored in a cookie in your browser.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact requests.
  • Prepare proposals and diagnostics you request from us.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve its content and experience.
  • Remember your preferred language between visits.

4. Cookies and analytics tools

This site uses:

  • Language cookie ("locale"): stores your preferred language for one year. It contains no personal data.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records in anonymized form how you interact with the site (heatmaps, session recordings) to help us improve it.
  • Vercel Analytics: aggregated, anonymous visit and performance metrics.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, but your language preference will not be remembered.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is only processed on our behalf, as service providers, by the following platforms: Microsoft (Clarity), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Meta (when you contact us via WhatsApp). These providers may process data on servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States, under their own privacy policies and security safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep your contact data while there is an active business or inquiry relationship, or while it is needed for the purposes described. You may request its deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights).

To exercise them, write to us at minaya@yimmilab.com stating your request. You also have the right to file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including site encryption (HTTPS) and restricted access to contact information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
